Ian Walker - CEO & Chairman

Ian Walker graduated from Heriot Watt University with a B.Sc. in Chemistry in 1976, this was followed up with a MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School in 1991. Ian has over 20 years experience in the print industry having held senior management positions in a number of leading UK print businesses including De La Rue International and the Bank of England Printing Works. He joined Bell & Bain as Managing Director in 2000. In 2013 Ian took on the role of Chairman and CEO

Stephen Docherty - Managing Director

Stephen has worked in printing since he left school in 1983. His area of expertise is in book binding having started in Bell & Bain in 1996 as Bindery Manager. Since then he has risen through the ranks, joining the Sales Team in 2000 and has now stepped up to become Managing Director. Stephen has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of printing and binding and is passionate about getting things done on time and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Tony Campbell - Sales Director

Tony has been with Bell & Bain for 27 years. Having started off as a production controller he became the Sales Director in 2011 and along with Ian and Stephen is dedicated to giving our customers the best service and quality in the industry.

Karen Baillie - Director

Karen has been with Bell & Bain for 20 years. Having started in the Bindery as a young girl, Karen moved up the management ladder and became Bindery Manager in 2005, Works Manager in 2009 and became a Director in 2013.

The Bell & Bain Directors have a vast experience within the Book and Journal market in the United Kingdom.
